Verify the communications settings

Once Thinfinity® Remote Desktop is installed and RDP is enabled in the remote machine, all you need is an HTML5 compatible browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer 9. Previous versions of Internet Explorer can be made compatible with HTML5 by installing Google Chrome Frame.
